Data Analyst

A Health and Security Provider who work globally are seeking a Data Analyst to join their Healthcare team.

As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within the organisation. Your duties include organising data points, communicating between upper management and the IT and Service departments, analysing operational data to find ways to increase self-service/automation capabilities in our delivery model, defining and building Power BI reports & dashboards and following-up to ensure their adoption.

The deliverables from the Data Analyst should be of high quality, robust and scalable, with lowest level of maintenance needed.

The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the office in North London.

Requirements


  • Developing and managing business intelligence solutions (MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI) for the organisation
  • Providing SSRS and Power BI reports to improve business processes
  • Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organisation for efficiency and profitability
  • Measuring and driving Power BI reports & dashboards adoption by Business Stakeholders, pushing for self-service where possible
  • Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and producing exception reports to cleanse data at the origin
  • Analysing business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management and executives for implementation

Experience


  • Build, test and deliver automated and self-service real-time reports & dashboards in Power BI for data-led operational management and customer self-service digital enablement decisions
  • Design and implement SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports
  • DAX formula language and T-SQL
  • Data modelling and analysis
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and structures
