As the business enters its next phase of expansion, they are looking for an experienced Business Operations Lead to build and strengthen the operational infrastructure to support a growing, people-focused organisation.
This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the CEO which offers the opportunity to shape how the business operates, ensuring its systems, processes and operations are scalable, efficient and fit for future growth.

- Support employee engagement through the coordination of internal events, learning initiatives and recognition activities
- Review existing systems and processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve these
- Provide proactive advice to the leadership team, identifying operational risks and opportunities
