In this high-impact position, you will be the critical bridge between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, taking charge of mobile transmission requests from initial validation through to system management and supplier ordering. Because your work directly supports live network operations, your precision ensures that transmission links stay active and customers stay connected. You will support a diverse range of business-critical projects, including Microwave (MW) transmission rollouts, fibre requirements, design changes, and high-profile special events.

What You Will Do

  • Transform internal transmission requirements into live orders with external suppliers while meeting strict service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze declared site lists strategically to identify and secure the most cost-effective transmission solutions for the business.
  • Maintain flawless, up-to-date records across multiple internal computer systems as orders and jobs progress.
  • Investigate and process supplier reports, tackling data discrepancies head-on to find effective resolutions.
  • Act as the go-to central contact, smoothly resolving internal and supplier queries regarding link orders.
  • Track and resolve complex system-related issues on behalf of the wider ordering team.
  • Collaborate with Microwave (MW) project teams to deliver on vendor swaps, complex design changes, and critical special event provisions.

What You Bring

  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: A proven track record of handling high-volume data with pinpoint accuracy, spotting discrepancies instantly, and executing processes flawlessly.
  • Advanced Excel Wizardry: You use Microsoft Excel daily and are highly comfortable managing data with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, complex formulas, and data reconciliation.
  • Order Management Expertise: Strong background in processing high-volume requests within administration, service delivery, supply chain, or order management environments.
  • Stakeholder Management: The confidence and interpersonal skills to seamlessly manage queries with internal customers, project managers, and external suppliers.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: The ability to navigate changing requirements, balance competing priorities, and hit tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Modern Tech Fluency: Hands-on experience leveraging AI productivity tools (such as Microsoft Copilot or Gemini) to streamline administrative workflows.

Bonus Points For

  • Previous operational experience in telecommunications, network provisioning, fibre connectivity, or transmission delivery.
  • A background involving supply chain management, network operations, or service delivery administration
