Position: Interim Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 Location: Warwickshire | Hybrid (2-3 days on-site per week)Type: Interim - 3 to 6 months Start: ASAP Rate: Competitive Day Rate (Outside IR35)

A leading organisation in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a key phase of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact project and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business operations and technical delivery.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements across finance, operations, and other functions

• Analyse current processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement aligned with D365 capabilities

• Work closely with technical teams and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment of system functionality with business needs

• Support testing, training, and implementation activities throughout the D365 project lifecycle

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process maps

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a D365 implementation or optimisation environment

• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or operations

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement at all levels

• Strong documentation skills - user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, etc.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
