About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Data & Insights Analyst to join a high-impact, specialist Digital Marketing function. Acting as an internal data consultant, you will translate complex marketing performance data into actionable commercial recommendations, shape campaign measurement frameworks, and optimize digital marketing performance across high-profile media releases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analytics & Visualisation: Build, maintain, and own bespoke Tableau reporting solutions and dashboards to democratize data access for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Measurement Frameworks: Define "metrics that matter", establish performance frameworks, and conduct correlation/regression analysis to evaluate marketing and media effectiveness.

  • Audience & 1st Party Data Strategy: Support 1st-party data strategies across CRM, Web Analytics, and Social to maximize efficiencies in paid digital campaigns (targeting, lookalike modeling, exclusions).

  • Continuous Improvement: Assess current data pipelines, resolve reporting delays, and work alongside technical teams (Engineering/Data Science) to ensure high data integrity.

  • Stakeholder Enablement: Upskill marketing teams on self-service reporting tools to build internal data fluency.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: 4-6+ years in data management, analytics, and reporting within a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) environment (B2C media, streaming, retail, or entertainment preferred).

  • Technical Skills: Expert-level Tableau experience is essential. Working knowledge/exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Datorama, SQL, or marketing APIs is highly advantageous.

  • Marketing & Paid Media Knowledge: Understanding of DMPs, DSPs, Meta, and Google paid media analytics.

  • Mindset: Problem-solver who focuses on business outcomes and commercial impact rather than just generating reports.
