Location: Westminster, Central London

Working pattern: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)

Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum

Contract: 9-12 month fixed term contract

A global, purpose-led organisation in the education sector is seeking a Digital Product Executive (SEO) to join their central digital team. This role will play a key part in managing website content, supporting a global CMS platform and driving organic search performance across multiple regions.

Working closely with the Senior Digital Product Manager, you will support a major website migration programme while acting as a key point of contact for CMS-related queries from internal stakeholders worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong CMS and SEO experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, international environment and wants to play a hands-on role in improving digital performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and support the organisation's global CMS platform, acting as a key point of contact for CMS-related queries
  • Co-administer the digital team helpdesk and respond to requests from internal stakeholders across multiple regions
  • Provide CMS training, coaching and best practice guidance to marketing and digital teams globally
  • Support and execute website migration activities, including end-to-end content migration from legacy platforms
  • Deliver website content updates accurately and efficiently in collaboration with internal stakeholders and project teams
  • Support the development and execution of on-page SEO optimisation plans
  • Analyse organic performance and contribute ideas to improve SEO results and user engagement
  • Track and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, impressions, rankings and conversion performance.

Skills and experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Around 3+ years' experience working in CMS or website-focused roles (agency or in-house)
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (Sitecore experience preferred)
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Smartsheet
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across different cultures and regions.
