* Designing and maintaining reliable relational database schemas and optimizing complex SQL queries.

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to modernise the technical infrastructure behind their wealth management solutions.

* Taking end-to-end ownership of features-asking questions, bringing ideas, and driving engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

* 3+ years commercial experience building production web applications using TypeScript and React, with a clear bias toward backend development.

* Node.js Proficiency: Strong background in backend architecture, API development, and system logic.

* Solid SQL Skills: Hands-on experience working with relational databases and query optimization.

Desirable:

* Background in Financial Services or Wealth Management.

* Exposure to cloud & DevOps toolchains: AWS (EKS), Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
