GTM Project Manager
GTM Project Manager - Shape the future of global growth (SaaS)
London - Hybrid Working | Initial 6 Month Contract | £400-460pd inside IR35
We're working with a world-leading SaaS organisation that's scaling fast and rethinking how Go-To-Market execution drives revenue at global scale. This is a role sits at the centre of commercial strategy and making sure the biggest growth bets actually land - faster, cleaner and with real impact on ARR.
The business is investing heavily in GTM transformation; launching new sales initiatives, optimising route-to-market models and accelerating customer acquisition across global segments.
The challenge? Making it all move at pace, across a highly matrixed organisation. That's where you come in.
What you'll be driving
- Turning GTM strategy into execution at speed
- Connecting Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Ops around one delivery rhythm
- Unlocking and accelerating high-priority revenue initiatives
- Building clarity in complexity, what's happening, when and why it matters
- Removing friction so GTM teams can focus on growth, not process
What great looks like
You're the person who:
- Knows how to bring order to ambiguity
- Can operate confidently with senior stakeholders and commercial leaders
- Understands how SaaS revenue engines work (ARR, acquisition, retention)
- Spots delivery risk early and fixes it before it becomes visible
- Improves how work gets done, not just tracks it
You'll be close to senior GTM leadership and play a key role in shaping how strategic initiatives are delivered across the business.
The profile we're looking for
- Strong experience in GTM Operations, PMO, Business Operations or Programme Management
- Background in SaaS or subscription-based technology environments
- Comfortable working across senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation
- Strong governance, structure and delivery discipline
- Passion for execution, impact and commercial outcomes
If you're looking for a role where execution meets strategy and delivery directly drives revenue growth, this is it.
