HRIS Analyst

We're hiring an HRIS Analyst to join a leading clients HR team as a Senior Associate. In this hybrid role, you'll support and improve HR data reporting, analytics, and systems, primarily using UKG and Cognos Business Analytics. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance reporting capabilities.

What you'll do:

• Maintain and enhance reports and dashboards from UKG and other HR systems
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR analytics tools and processes
• Ensure data integrity through audit and quality controls
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues
• Partner with HR, Finance, Risk & Audit teams on data governance

What you bring:

• 2-4 years' HRIS or HR tech experience
• Strong knowledge of HR systems; UKG & Cognos preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint & Outlook proficiency
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS or PayScale is a plus
