Manager Strategy Operations

🚀 Functional Strategy Generalist| 12-Month Contract | Hybrid | £51.92 per Hour PAYE + Holiday Pay

We're looking for a Functional Strategy Generalist to join a leading big tech company and help shape strategic priorities, drive operational excellence, and influence key business decisions across a high-impact function.

This is an opportunity to work directly with senior leaders, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, delivering initiatives that make a measurable difference to business performance.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Leading strategic and operational initiatives from concept through to execution

✅ Partnering with senior stakeholders to define priorities, solve business challenges, and drive alignment

✅ Conducting research, analysis, and insight generation to support critical decision-making

✅ Developing business cases, recommendations, and implementation plans

✅ Driving planning processes including OKRs, QBRs, annual planning, governance, budgeting, and performance management

✅ Identifying opportunities to improve processes, accelerate delivery, and optimise business performance

✅ Supporting executive communications, leadership engagement, and organisational change initiatives

✅ Translating market trends and future-of-work insights into strategic actions

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Programme Management, or a related field

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex issues

✔ Experience working with KPIs, business performance metrics, and operational planning

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

✔ Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive teams

✔ Strong project and programme management capabilities

✔ Experience driving change and delivering cross-functional initiatives
