Marketing Manager (Contract) - Global Technology Leader

About the Role We are partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a highly autonomous Marketing Manager. In this role, you will deliver innovative insights, collaborate with Product and Sales leadership, and drive strategies for core products. You will define critical user journeys, manage large-scale campaigns, and serve as a champion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the organization.

Role Details

  • Duration: Contract runs until August 2027
  • Work Model: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in-office; Monday & Friday remote)
  • Compensation: approx £76K

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and manage medium-to-large-scale marketing campaigns, assets, and programs tailored to address user needs and achieve OKRs.
  • Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) planning: define market sizing, identify growth opportunities, and execute launch strategies for new products.
  • Craft product brand positioning, value propositions, and targeted messaging.
  • Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to design, iterate, and publish final marketing content.

Market Research & Insights

  • Define and manage user research initiatives alongside internal and external research partners.
  • Analyze market trends, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize channel strategies to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Identify, collect, and track both quantitative and qualitative metrics for business ventures.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product teams to improve the user experience and drive engagement.

  • Drive DEI outcomes by setting expectations, tracking measurable results, and reflecting on team progress.
  • Build psychological safety within the team, ensuring a collaborative space where diverse perspectives thrive.
