About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Producer to lead and deliver full-scale content creation and production projects for a leading global technology company. In this role, you will manage complex initiatives that integrate seamlessly across multiple products and overarching programs, with a strategic focus on multiple markets in EMEA.
You will act as the driving force behind our Customer Video Communication, bringing deep cultural awareness, especially for France marketing campaigns. As a collaborative leader, you will excel in Cross Functional management, bridging gaps between teams, driving creative vision, and crafting compelling stories. Beyond the work, you will champion a team culture rooted in belonging, psychological safety, and inclusive decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Creative Production: Drive end-to-end creative production (pre-production, physical production, and post-production) for moderate to high-complexity projects, applying your craft to bring innovative solutions to life.
- Customer Video Communication: Specialize in developing highly impactful, customer-facing video content and broader digital media products.
- EMEA Strategy & Cultural Nuance: Develop precise pre-production plans (targeting, schedules, risk mitigation) across EMEA, ensuring content is culturally resonant—with a specific emphasis on marketing campaigns in France.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Utilize expert Cross Functional management to seamlessly drive Internal and external Communication, aligning internal business partners, external agencies, and third-party vendors.
- Creative Direction: Evaluate content to ensure alignment with our vision. Direct nuanced technical and creative changes across disciplines for optimal project development.

What You’ll Bring (Minimum Qualifications)
- Experience: 8-10+ years of experience managing complex creative production workflows and digital media projects.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French is required to effectively manage France-specific campaigns and broader EMEA communications.
- Domain Expertise (Marketing): Deep understanding of marketing principles, video communication, and content applications.
- Project Management: Proven ability to independently manage complex schedules, scopes, and cross-functional teams.
- Partner & Relationship Management: A strong track record of navigating matrixed environments and managing internal/external stakeholder relationships.
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Ability to map out production roadmaps across international markets and oversee resource allocation.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with current digital media, video production techniques, and marketing trends to ensure product excellence.
