Contingent Recruiter (12-Month Contract)

We are supporting a global tech client during a high-volume hiring phase and seeking a Contingent Recruiter to scale talent acquisition across both tech and non-tech functions.
This role is fast-paced, operational, and execution-focused — ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, volume delivery, and partnering closely with hiring teams.
Role Overview
- Execution-focused hiring delivery

- Supports hiring across multiple business functions and career levels
- Partners directly with hiring managers and interview panels
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned roles, ensuring strong candidate pipelines and timely process movement.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Delivery Managers, Senior Recruiters, and Craft Leads to align expectations and meet hiring goals.
- Source, engage, and convert top talent through job boards, talent platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Execute targeted, data-driven search strategies to improve speed, quality, and pipeline diversity.
- Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience through consistent communication and process clarity.
- Track delivery performance through hiring data, proactively identifying risks and adjusting sourcing strategies as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the client, promoting culture, values, and opportunities.
- Provide hiring managers with talent market insights and feedback to support decision making.
- Manage candidates across the full recruitment lifecycle, from prospecting to offer.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, processes, and relevant employment regulations.
Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house).
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments.
- Experience hiring for both technical roles (engineering, data, product) and non-technical roles (operations, marketing, customer experience).
- Skilled in proactive sourcing, pipelining, and talent mapping.
- Data-led mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to optimise delivery.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with confidence engaging hiring leaders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven by achieving measurable results.
- Collaborative approach and commitment to contributing to a high-performing talent function.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
