Sales Director IT - Software Solutions

Morgan McKinley is looking for a highly experienced Sales Director who not only has a strategic sales background but also great people management, leadership skills. This Sales Director job opportunity is ideal for a Senior Sales professional who has worked within the IT - Software Solutions type sector.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement sales strategies
Oversee and manage the sales team
Drive growth and manage key accounts
Working closely with other teams and the senior leadership, providing forecasts, insights, sales reports etc

Skills and experience:

Experience of working in a similar senior Sales type role, within the IT / Software Solutions type industry
Proven leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical abilities
