We are partnering with one of the world’s leading digital platforms to find a Sales Specialist Manager to join their strategic enterprise sales team. In this role, you will champion advanced digital video pitches and maximize client revenue growth.#
You will act as a consultative powerhouse, leading end-to-end responsibilities for product-area client projects—including creating high-impact workshops and pitches—while driving product activation across the wider sales community. By educating sellers on new products, identifying market trends, and building competitive intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping media strategy and delivering unmatched value to agency partners and top-tier global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Pitching & Workshops: Craft and deliver cross-functional solutions, advanced premium video pitches, and bespoke workshops to enterprise customers and media agencies to drive revenue growth.
- Revenue & Opportunity Growth: Identify growth opportunities within the market. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive sales, improve marketing efficiency, and recommend incremental investments to achieve customer business goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Translate deep dives and data analysis into actionable insights. Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to customers and leadership to influence decision-making and drive change.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Establish and execute sales and product strategies within specific industry verticals. Align product and sales roadmaps, and provide feedback to inform broader Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Best Practice Scaling: Share and scale elite sales strategies (e.g., objection handling, pitching for increased funds, sales mastery techniques) to upscale large accounts.
- Product & Process Optimization: Identify new business cases and provide feedback to internal stakeholders on how ad products and revenue workflows can be optimized to better serve clients.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, building credibility while guiding strategy to achieve project goals.
Who You Are
We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of the broader media and brand landscape, rather than strictly performance or search-based backgrounds.
Core Experience Required:
- 8–10 years of extensive sales and media expertise, with a strong emphasis on premium video sales (TV, digital video, AVOD, or social).
- Industry Background: Previous experience in Media Agencies (e.g., Communications Planner, Business Director) OR competitor sales roles at major global tech/social platforms.
- Pitch Competence: Advanced ability to build and deliver compelling brand-expertise pitches for top-tier digital video platforms.
