Senior Business Analyst Agile/Lean/Automation

Senior Business Analyst (Agile/Lean/Automation) Hybrid working - London/Berkshire | Contract | Inside IR35

Our client is seeking a Senior Agile Business Analyst with Lean expertise. This role focuses on validating requirements, driving process automation and ensuring key initiatives are delivered accurately and on schedule.

What you'll do:

• Work with stakeholders, Product Owners and developer teams to elicit, validate and prioritise requirements.
• Run requirement workshops to capture business needs and turn them into actionable outcomes.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria and wireframes to ensure readiness for delivery.
• Support delivery of 4-5 epics per quarter, ensuring releases are validated and valuable.
• Identify automation opportunities.
• Call out risks, validate assumptions and ensure Agile best practices are applied.

What we're looking for:

• Proven Senior BA experience, strong requirement management & facilitation.
• Workshop leadership and ability to validate requirements against business value/impact.
• Solid Agile background (Jira, Confluence, DevOps).
• Experience with BDD/INVEST, writing acceptance criteria in Gherkin format.
• Workflow/process automation knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, managing stakeholders and keep sessions focused.
• Desirable: Previous experience in telecoms, wireframing or RPA.
