Senior Project Manager - Sales Operations
We're supporting a high-growth SaaS organisation as they continue their evolution towards a more enterprise-focused offering. This is an initial 12 month contract sitting in the Commercial/Sales function, combining hands-on programme delivery with business and sales operations leadership. This role will drive programmes forward while also owning projects directly, bringing structure, governance and operational rigour.
You'll operate across programme management and business operations, working closely with Sales, Marketing and wider Commercial leadership to deliver several key initiatives, including:
- Transitioning to a more enterprise-tier customer model
- Operationalising and optimising the sales funnel
- BPO footprint optimisation and consolidation
- Embedding programme structure and governance into customer retention initiatives
- Driving operational efficiencies, including leveraging AI to streamline processes and generate insight
What We're Looking For:
- Strong programme and project management experience (hands-on delivery essential)
- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, fintech or high-growth tech environments
- Sales funnel and pipeline optimisation expertise (lead-to-conversion focus)
- Transformation and change management experience
- BPO optimisation or operational consolidation experience is highly desirable
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) to drive efficiency and insight
This role would suit someone who thrives in ambiguity, can operate strategically but isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up, and enjoys bringing structure, ownership and governance into scaling commercial functions.
Please note: This is in an initial 12 month contract, hybrid working in London, paying up to £455pd inside IR35.
