Enterprise Architect - ServiceNow (Telecoms) | Inside IR35 | 6-Month Contract

We're working with a leading consultancy on a high-profile telecoms transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep ServiceNow expertise to join on an initial 6-month contract (likely to extend).

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week onsite in either London or Reading.

The Role

You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture across a complex telecoms environment. This is a strategic position, driving platform standardisation, governance, and best practice across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for large-scale enterprise programmes
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solution designs
  • Lead architecture and best practice across key ServiceNow modules, including:
    • TSM
    • TSOM / ITOM
    • IRM / GRC
    • SPM
    • OMT
    • CSM
    • HRSD
    • SecOps
  • Design integrations, data models, workflows, and technical frameworks
  • Drive platform governance, standardisation, and scalability across the organisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within the telecoms domain
  • Strong exposure to OSS/BSS environments
  • Extensive background as a ServiceNow xehkeey Architect / Solution Architect
  • Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to operate at a strategic level
