The ideal candidate is a versatile Full-Stack Engineer with a heavy skew toward modern Front-End development, but possessing enough Back-End maturity to jump into database design and API work when needed

Experience Baselines

• Preferred: 5+ years of overall Software Development experience.
• Minimum Core: 3 years of dedicated Full-Stack experience AND 3 years of hands-on experience with Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).

Technical Stack & Skills Breakdown

Front-End (Primary Focus)

• Framework: Angular (Strong preference for mastery of recent versions).
• Core Web: High proficiency in modern HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• UX/UI: Ability to build clean, efficient interfaces for complex dashboards (e.g., event statistics, user lists).

Back-End & Data (Supporting Focus)

• APIs: Robust experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Databases: Sound knowledge of database design (highly valued for this scaling phase).
• Adaptability: Must be willing to pivot and pick up Back-End tasks to support the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Delivery: Design, build, and ship features for the platform.
• Architecture: Contribute to database design and optimize data flow
• Collaboration: Active participation in code reviews, team syncs, and cross-functional planning to handle the scaling demand.
