We're supporting a global organisation at the intersection of technology and creativity to join a growing, high-impact team. This is a role aligned to technical program management, with a strong focus on creative tooling and workflow optimisation.

This is a newly created role sitting between engineering, design and operations, focused on improving how creative teams work at scale. You'll act as a connector across technical and creative teams, helping shape and deliver tools, workflows and processes that support international design teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving roadmaps, sprint planning and day-to-day delivery
  • Supporting and evolving creative tools and workflows
  • Collaborating with engineering, design and cross-functional teams globally
  • Identifying gaps and helping build structure in an evolving environment
  • Contributing to both hands-on delivery and broader strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Background in Technical Program Management, Production or Project Management
  • Experience working with or supporting creative/design workflows and tools
  • Strong understanding of how design and engineering teams collaborate
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments
  • A natural connector and communicator, not just task-driven but relationship-focused
  • Experience improving processes, tooling or operational efficiency

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to design tools (e.g. Figma or similar)
  • Experience in digital agencies or creative environments
  • Awareness of AI in creative or tooling workflows
