Working Pattern: Hybrid 1 day per week in the office

We're looking for a Marketing Data & Insights Executive to join a growing business on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical marketer who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights. You'll use reporting, customer insights and email marketing to help improve campaign performance and drive business growth.

The role is primarily remote, with one day per week in the Reading office and occasional travel to other UK locations. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

The Role

You'll play a key role in measuring and improving marketing performance across multiple digital channels. You'll analyse campaign results, produce insightful reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and ROI.

You'll also manage email marketing campaigns from planning and delivery through to reporting and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce regular marketing reports and performance dashboards.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve results.
  • Monitor website, CRM, email and paid media performance.
  • Track key KPIs including traffic, conversions, engagement and ROI.
  • Gather customer insights through surveys and CRM data.
  • Plan, build and deliver email marketing campaigns.
  • Test and optimise subject lines, content and audience segmentation.
  • Support marketing automation and customer journey campaigns.
  • Manage the email marketing calendar.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver marketing objectives.

About You

  • Experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics or marketing insights.
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (Brevo experience is desirable).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and formulas.
  • Experience creating dashboards and KPI reports.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote working environment.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
