• Proven experience in tech recruitment, ideally within start ups or high growth businesses.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Workforce planning skills and experience.
• Self motivated, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to scaling the business.
