Digital Data Insights Lead

I am recruiting on behalf of my client who is looking for a digital data insight lead, to join the wider digital team and help them through their digital transformation journey.

The Digital Data Insights Lead will ensure digital platforms such as App, Web, & digital touchpoints are accurately tracked and observable. Then turn those signals into actionable insights that shape product direction, member outcomes, commercial impact and overall ROI. This is a hands-on, technical role with strategic product influence, measurement and meaning.

Experience

  • Hands-on experience in digital data analytics such as web and apps
  • Design, implement and maintain analytics tracking etc across all digital platforms such as web, iOS, Android, digital journeys.
  • Experience with implementing tracking end-to-end using tools such as GA4, GTM, Firebase , google analytics tools, etc.
  • Any experience with data analytics such funnel design, retention curves, growth experimentation
  • Write simple SQL queries and interrogate data (not looking for a DBA).
  • You can work alongside other departments such as Product, Data, Engineering and Marketing.
  • You’re curious, playful, straight-up — and data for you is a way to make decisions simpler
  • Useful experience to have with visualization such as Looker / Power BI, feature flag platforms, ML experience.

This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working with a requirement of three days a week in the office. The offices are in central London easily accessible via the underground. Salary on offer ranges from £75,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience).
