Business Change Analyst - ITSM Transition - ServiceNow - Stevenage/Hybrid working
- Pay is £450 per day - Inside IR35 - through an umbrella company
- Start 11th of November or within a few days is essential
Skills & Experience:* Experience in supporting change management within technical programmes (e.g., IT transitions of ITSM/ServiceNow).* Strong communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and deliver messages across various channels with attention to detail.* Familiarity with training design and delivery, including digital learning tools and repositories.* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is desirable.* Experience in utilities or infrastructure sectors is a plus.?Qualifications:* Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, HR, or a related field.* Change Management or Project Management certification (e.g., APMG Change Practitioner, PRINCE2, Agile) is advantageous.What We Offer:* Opportunity to work on impactful, high-profile technical transformation programmes.* Dynamic and inclusive work environment in a fast-growing company.* Career development and development opportunities Role Overview: You will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) Transitions programme within a dynamic and rapidly growing company. You will work closely with the SBCM, project team, and stakeholders to ensure effective change management, communication, development and deployment of training artifacts and that engagement strategies are executed to mobilise the IT SMP transition, drive adoption and embed new ways of working.This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong administrative, technical, and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling change and transformation.Key Responsibilities: Change Management Support* Assist in conducting Change Impact Assessments and role-centric analysis to identify and address the implications of change across Divisions.* Support the development and execution of communication and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with project deliverables and company Group change strategy.* Assist in creating and developing targeted communication toolkits, including drumbeat newsletters / documents, stakeholder updates, focused project phase campaigns, assessments and cutover, deployment and embedding communications.* Assist in collaborating with stakeholders to ensure change plans are tailored to Divisional and functional needs throughout project phases.Training & Capability Development* Work with the SBCM and SMEs to develop, implement and communicate (through stakeholder groups), User Guides and artefacts as part of a training approach aligned with project objectives.* Support the creation of schedules of support and readiness documents such as e-learning / information across Divisions and functions.* Assist in the design and delivery of training and knowledge uplifts, including digital content, webinars, recorded sessions, local stand ups and related documentation.* Ensuring timely circulation, data / knowledge collection, and follow-up feedback actions.* Support the integration of capability of end users into Business-As-Usual (BAU) processes, including new starter onboarding, system updates, and shared area for all related learning resources.Stakeholder Engagement & Communications* Assist in the distribution of project communications using effective tools and channels.* Ensure all materials are aligned with the Groups brand, tone, and messaging guidelines.* Contribute to the development of communication campaigns, including look and feel, timing, and delivery mechanisms.* Support stakeholder mapping and engagement activities to ensure buy-in and readiness across impacted groups.Project Coordination & Reporting* Monitor progress against change and capability uplift / engagement plans, escalating risks and issues as needed.* Provide administrative and logistical support for change-related workshops, capability sessions and related documentation, communication and engagement and stakeholder meetings.
