Digital Data Insights Lead

Digital Data Insights Lead I am recruiting on behalf of my client who is looking for a digital data insight lead, to join the wider digital team and help them through their digital transformation journey.The Digital Data Insights Lead will ensure digital platforms such as App, Web, & digital touchpoints are accurately tracked and observable. Then turn those signals into actionable insights that shape product direction, member outcomes, commercial impact and overall ROI. This is a hands-on, technical role with strategic product influence, measurement and meaning.Experience

• Hands-on experience in digital data analytics such as web and apps
• Design, implement and maintain analytics tracking etc across all digital platforms such as web, iOS, Android, digital journeys.
• Experience with implementing tracking end-to-end using tools such as GA4, GTM, Firebase , google analytics tools, etc.
• Any experience with data analytics such funnel design, retention curves, growth experimentation
• Write simple SQL queries and interrogate data (not looking for a DBA).
• You can work alongside other departments such as Product, Data, Engineering and Marketing.
• You're curious, playful, straight-up - and data for you is a way to make decisions simpler
• Useful experience to have with visualization such as Looker / Power BI, feature flag platforms, ML experience.

This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working with a requirement of three days a week in the office. The offices are in central London easily accessible via the underground. Salary on offer ranges from £75,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience).
