As our Technology Business Partner, you'll be a key component of this transformation, shaping the divisional technology demand roadmap and ensuring the delivery of solutions that genuinely move the business forward. This is a pivotal, hands-on strategic role. You'll work in partnership with MDs, Technology leaders and business stakeholders. You'll champion and shape business cases with real value, ensure initiatives are correctly sized and aligned, and represent your division's needs through governance and prioritisation. You'll be deeply knowledgeable across IT design, build and operational disciplines, while also having a strong grasp of the drivers, opportunities and realities shaping your division's success. You'll also play a key role in elevating service experience, advising on how best to leverage Group IT capabilities, and spotting new opportunities for value creation, whether through improved data, AI tools, automation, or innovative platform features. Engage senior stakeholders to maximise business value from both new and existing services. Develop demand management capabilities and ensure strong alignment with operational and change processes. Facilitate high-quality business cases with clear benefits, managed risks and strong alignment to strategic goals. Shape and maintain the divisional demand roadmap, aligning it with the broader strategic business platform model.Stakeholder Management Lead the development of comprehensive stakeholder strategies and engagement plans. Build long-term, trusted relationships with divisional leaders to support service excellence and change. Act as the primary point of contact-ensuring clear alignment, transparent communication and fit-for-purpose agreements. Monitor stakeholder relationships, capture feedback and drive continuous improvement in communication and collaboration.Execution & Delivery Balance long-term strategic outcomes with pragmatic, incremental improvements that deliver immediate value. Champion the behavioural and cultural shifts required to support successful delivery. Ensure delivered solutions create durable, measurable business value.Technology Leadership Act as a champion for IT best practice, innovation and modern business platform design. Ensure divisional objectives are enabled through excellent use of Business Platforms and aligned to our Thriving Together strategy.People Leadership Serve as a role model for change-encouraging teams to embrace new ways of working and driving a culture of accountability and adaptability.Essential skills & experience? Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes. A pragmatic, delivery-focused leader with the ability to balance strategic ambition with real-world constraints. Highly collaborative with the ability to bring diverse teams together and create alignment. Strong working knowledge of Agile ways of working.
