Oracle Fusion Integration & Implementation Project Manager
ORACLE FUSION PROJECT MANAGER ROLE Day rate £ 750 to £ 800 per day 12 month contract Home based - but occasional Warwick site meetings/attendance as required. Inside IR35 - paid through an umbrella(NO SPONSORSHIP)*MUST HAVE PRIVATE SECTOR EXPERIENCE - AS VERY FAST PACED ENERGY/TECHNOLOGY BUSINESSES Job Summary: The Oracle Fusion Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects across product families including Finance, HCM, and Supply Chain. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.The key deliverables of this role are as follows:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations, acquisition integration's, upgrades, or transformation projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, time lines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Oversee project governance, reporting, and documentation in line with PMO standards.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support change management and training initiatives to ensure successful adoption.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data security standards.
What will you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, HCM, SCM).
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Keydin, MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
