- so paid through an umbrella At least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation in Financials or PPM (both are preferred). Overview: The Oracle Fusion Financials & PPM Consultant plays a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials and Project Portfolio Management modules. This role partners closely with Finance, Project Management, and IT stakeholders to deliver optimised business processes, ensure system stability, and drive successful end-to-end Oracle Cloud transformations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Analysis & Solution Design Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with Finance and PMO teams. Map business processes to Oracle Cloud best practices. Support solution architect to develop High level design document (HLD), that defines SI implementation scope Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials. Recommend process improvements across R2R, P2P, O2C, and PPM cycles. 2. Implementation & Configuration Support the SI with configuration and support modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Project Financial Management (PFM), Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts and Tax. Lead the data migration and implementation of accounting rules, subledger accounting (SLA), cash management, and financial reporting structures. 3. Testing & Deployment Lead SIT, support UAT, and coordinate defect resolution. Validate integrations, data migration, and reporting outputs. Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare. 4. Support & Troubleshooting Provide post-implementation support for Financials and PPM modules. Resolve functional issues, raise and manage Oracle SRs, and track quarterly patch impacts. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with internal controls. 5. Integrations, Reporting & Data Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party systems. Support FBDI/ADFdi templates for data loads. Build and validate OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View reports for Finance and Projects. Required Skills & Qualifications Functional Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). Solid understanding of Oracle PPM modules (Costing, Billing, Contracts, Project Financials). Knowledge of accounting principles, project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial controls. Familiarity with enterprise processes such as R2R, P2P, O2C, and project lifecycle management. Technical Awareness (Preferred): Basic SQL knowledge. Experience with OTBI, BIP, FBDI, and ADFdi. Understanding of OIC integrations and web services. Professional Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate across Finance, PMO, and IT teams. Experience: 3
