This is a fantastic 6-month temporary role with strong potential to become permanent, offering the chance to work within a high-performing, collaborative team.About the Role: You will play a key part in organising, maintaining, and optimising the firm’s digital records and asset libraries. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and problem-solving. You will collaborate across departments to arrange digital record transfers, streamline workflows, and ensure assets are stored, tagged, and accessible to the wider business.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, organise, and maintain digital archives and asset libraries.
- Coordinate and execute digital records transfers across teams.
- Ensure metadata accuracy, consistent naming conventions, and proper file structuring.
- Support the implementation of best-practice digital asset management processes.
- Troubleshoot access issues and maintain high standards of digital hygiene.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand asset needs and improve workflows.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and organisation.
- Experience in archiving, digital asset management, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident working with large volumes of digital files and metadata.
