Bid Operations and Due Diligence Contract: 3-months Location: London / Hybrid Salary: £45 - £50kA London-based, global leader in blockchain analytics and crypto compliance solutions is seeking a Bid Operations and Due Diligence Candidate .   • Support day-to-day bid management and customer due diligence operations.
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder inputs to deliver high-quality, submission-ready bid and DD responses.
  • Draft and compile responses using approved content and evidence, following clear escalation and sign-off processes.
  • Operate in a delivery-focused role with defined guardrails on commercial, legal, and security commitments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own operational delivery of bids and due diligence requests, including intake, timelines, trackers, and stakeholder status updates.
  • Manage bid and DD mailboxes and customer portals, including: Logging requests and requirements, downloading/uploading materials, organising content in shared drives, supporting submissions where appropriate
  • Draft first-pass responses using approved Q&A libraries (e.g. Notion, Responsive) and AI-assisted drafting where appropriate.
  • Provide internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, RevOps) with pre-approved materials and answers to standard bid and DD questions.
  • Route questions to subject-matter experts, chase inputs, and maintain a clear audit trail of reviews and approvals.
  • Compile and maintain evidence packs including: Policies and attestations, SOC 2 and compliance materials, Diagrams and Trust Centre links
  • Manage Trust Centre access for prospects and customers: Triage access requests, Grant or revoke access in line with guidance, maintain a clear access log (who, what, when, why), Ensure NDAs and approval requirements are met.
  • Arrange and support stakeholder meetings, including agendas, notes, follow-ups, and action tracking.
  • Run quality assurance checks on all deliverables: Accuracy and consistency, Formatting and presentation, No unsupported claims, Correct references and clean exports.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge management hygiene: Upload new and updated Q&A content, Tag and organise responses, Improve clarity and consistency under guidance.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong written English with the ability to produce clear, professional customer-facing documentation.
  • Proven experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, vendor due diligence, or security questionnaires.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive inputs to deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and high-volume workflows.
  • High attention to detail, including version control, formatting, and QA.
  • Comfortable using productivity and knowledge-management tools, including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Notion, shared drives, and Q&A libraries (or equivalents).
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to SaaS security and IT questionnaires (e.g. SOC 2, ISO 27001, cloud hosting, IAM/SSO).
  • Experience using RFP platforms or response libraries (e.g. Responsive).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted drafting workflows with human oversight and controlled claims.
