CRM Executive Victoria £33,000 We’re recruiting two CRM Executives to join a growing team in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong database and reporting experience who also enjoy client interaction.As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in managing data, generating reports, and supporting client services. You’ll work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, produce high-quality reports, and help drive efficiency within database and CRM processes.Key Responsibilities
- Collect, load, and maintain data sets for existing and new products/services
- Produce accurate statistical and operational reports using Excel and CRM/database tools
- Ensure high levels of data quality, following best practices and continuously improving collection methods
- Act as a first point of contact for stakeholders on data and reporting queries
- Develop expertise in CRM/database onboarding and implement process improvements
- Support client reporting requirements, delivering accurate outputs in a timely manner
- Proven experience working with CRM systems or databases and producing reports
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Knowledge of MS Access or other database packages is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confidence dealing with stakeholders
- Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and focus
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- Keen to develop skills further and adapt to new technologies over time
