- Support the Head of Legal Services – PSS and senior colleagues in planning and delivering the PSS programme.
- Lead the coordination of all data and monitoring activities, ensuring risk and compliance information is accurately captured, tracked and reported.
- Act as web coordinator for PSS—updating website content, maintaining accurate PSS webpages and uploading changes to PSS Standards within internal systems.
- Use a range of systems and programs to extract, manage and analyse data.
- Develop and produce reports and dashboards, providing insight to support internal and external meetings.
- Ensure best practice in Information Governance and Data Privacy at all times.
- Support ongoing improvement of IT systems by managing scheduled tasks and helping develop new data access and editing capabilities for both web and desktop platforms.
- Undertake bulk dataset updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to use PSS data to benefit members, staff and the wider public.
- Support system integrations between internal platforms as required.
- Contribute to projects, including the PSS change programme and five-yearly review of Standards and Awards, collaborating with the PSS team and IT to build robust, future-ready systems.
- Strong data handling, monitoring or reporting experience.
- Confident using digital systems, software tools and data platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Experience updating websites or managing online content is advantageous.
- Understanding of Information Governance, data privacy or GDPR principles.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and confident working with colleagues across multiple teams.
- Appetite to contribute ideas and help shape system improvements and processes.
- Competitive salary £29,000 – £30,000.
