This is a candidate-focused role where you will support the Business Development Consultants in placing top Oracle talent into exciting contract and permanent roles with blue-chip clients.If you have some IT recruitment experience and want to go deeper, this is your chance to become a true specialist in a high-demand niche.What you will be doing:

• Source & engage top-tier Oracle professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
• Screen candidates and match them to high-quality opportunities
• Arrange interviews and handle updates in a timely manner
• Build relationships and maintain a strong pipeline of Oracle talent
• Deliver a first-class candidate experience with clear, professional communication
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with Oracle technologies, hiring trends and market developments

What we are looking for:

• Confident communicator with strong phone and written skills
• Organised, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Prior recruitment experience within IT is essential
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRMs
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated to build a career in tech recruitment
• Office based 3 to 4 days a week
