You will work closely with experienced consultants, clients, and candidates to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions while developing strong commercial and interpersonal skills.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role offering structured training, clear progression, and uncapped earning potential.Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong understanding of the Technology recruitment market, including current trends and in-demand skill sets
- Source, screen, and engage graduate to senior-level technology professionals through multiple channels
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial briefing through to offer and placement
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted career advisor
- Support client accounts by understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
- Conduct candidate interviews, prepare shortlists, and coordinate interview processes
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes
- Consistently work towards and exceed individual and team targets
- Structured graduate onboarding and recruitment training programme
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship from senior consultants and managers
- Exposure to live client roles from an early stage
- Clear progression pathway from Graduate Consultant to Consultant, Senior Consultant, and beyond
- A 2024/25 graduate
- Strong communication skills and confidence when building relationships
