HRIS Officer – Workday Implementation – FTC Salary: c£50,000 Location: London, Hybrid working, 3 days in the office Hours: Full-time, 4-month fixed term contract  We are delighted to be partnering with a leading insurance firm to recruit a HR Officer for a fixed-term contract until the end of January, focused on supporting the implementation of Workday, the firm’s new HRIS platform.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with hands-on Workday implementation experience to play a key role in a high-impact project. You’ll be instrumental in driving user adoption, supporting system testing, and ensuring data accuracy, all while working closely with stakeholders across the business.Key Responsibilities
  • Create and update training materials and user guides to support Workday rollout.
  • Deliver training and provide ongoing support to users across the organisation.
  • Identify and correct data gaps and discrepancies.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing and escalate system issues as needed.
  • Attend project meetings and raise change requests or support tickets.
  • Assist with updating HR policies and procedures in line with system changes.
  • Provide general support to the HR team and contribute to wider project success.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience supporting a Workday HRIS implementation is essential
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong HR knowledge and experience, ideally within financial or professional services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems.
