- Provide high-quality 1st/2nd line IT support across hardware, software and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile device and peripheral issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365 user administration including Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Outlook.
- Support system upgrades, application rollouts and wider IT improvement projects.
- Ensure accurate logging and tracking of tickets and resolutions.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding tasks, ensuring smooth technical setup for colleagues.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain a secure, reliable and user-friendly environment.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen and streamline IT support processes.
- Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support or service desk role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Confident supporting Windows devices (macOS experience welcome but not essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, user-focused approach.
- Experience supporting IT projects or assisting with system migrations.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

- £35,000–£40,000 salary depending on experience.
