Internal Recruiter £30,000–£35,000 + Commission Farringdon - on site 5 days per week We are working with a fast-growing recruitment business specialising in the European technology market. As part of their continued expansion, they’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to help grow out internal teams and attract top recruitment professionals.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full internal recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and deliver hiring strategies for graduate, delivery, and senior recruitment roles
- Partner with Directors to define hiring goals and workforce planning initiatives
- Proactively identify, engage, and attract high-calibre candidates
- Build a strong employer brand through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Promote and represent our collaborative, high-performance culture
- Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Confident in sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about employer branding and social engagement
