Internal Recruiter/Rec2Rec Manchester Hybrid working Up to £40,000 DOE + Commission Applications will only be considered from Candidates with experience of Rec2Rec or Agency side Internal Recruitment  The Business Our client is a high-growth executive search and recruitment firm operating within the technology and cyber security space. With established offices in Manchester and Austin (US) and an upcoming London presence, they partner with innovative, venture-backed vendors and high-growth scale-ups across the US, EMEA, and APJ regions.As the business continues to scale globally, they are investing in their internal people function and are now seeking an Internal Recruiter to support the next phase of growth. The Opportunity This is a strategic, hands-on internal recruitment role with real ownership and influence. The successful hire will lead hiring across multiple offices, ensuring the business continues to attract high-calibre, values-aligned talent across sales, operations, leadership, and executive search functions.You’ll be empowered to shape recruitment strategy, develop forward-looking talent pipelines, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, while working closely with senior stakeholders in a high-performance, culture-led environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end internal recruitment process across Sales, Operations, Leadership, and Executive Search
  • Partner with senior leadership to align hiring plans with business objectives across Manchester, London, and Austin
  • Design and deliver compelling, on-brand job descriptions to attract high-quality talent
  • Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines in competitive markets
  • Deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding
  • Manage and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, data, and reporting
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s culture and values externally
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations on employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
About You
  • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment (in-house, agency, or embedded talent function)
  • Strong attention to quality, with the ability to assess both skillset and long-term potential
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple roles across different locations
  • Solid understanding of modern recruitment best practices, including proactive sourcing
  • Passionate about culture, people, and building teams sustainably
  • Experience hiring in the US is advantageous but not essential
