Mid-Level UX Designer London 45,000 - £48,000 Are you a passionate UX Designer looking to take your next step in a dynamic and fast paced environment? We’re looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer to join a globally based team working on innovative and user focused digital products.As a UX Designer, you'll work closely with the UX Manager and wider cross functional teams to design and deliver outstanding digital experiences. You’ll be involved in all stages of the design process from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and execution. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on products used by global audiences.The Role:

• Identifying UX issues and proposing effective, user-focused solutions
• Conducting user research, mapping customer journeys, and gathering insights
• Designing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Iterating based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input
• Championing the user while aligning with business goals and technical constraints
• Maintaining consistency by contributing to and following design systems and style guides
• Presenting design ideas clearly to stakeholders and internal teams
• Collaborating closely with UX peers, product managers, and developers

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, ideally within a tech driven or agile environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing user centred design thinking and full lifecycle project work
• Solid understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and UX best practices
• Experience using data and analytics to inform design decisions
• Familiarity with business strategy and the role of UX in commercial success
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools
• Confident working both independently and within cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
