Recruitment Delivery Consultant – SAP & Oracle Specialists London (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) Up to £32,000 base + commission Immediate start available About the Role We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our growing technology Recruitment Client, with a strong focus on sourcing and engaging top-tier professionals across SAP and Oracle domains. This is a delivery-focused position — ideal for someone who thrives on candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and building high-quality talent pipelines for enterprise technology roles.You will work closely with Account Managers and Client Partners to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and qualify candidates across SAP and Oracle specialisms — including functional, technical, and project delivery roles.
- Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer stage and onboarding.
- Market Mapping: Build and maintain specialist talent pools across SAP (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BW/BI, etc.) and Oracle (Fusion, E-Business Suite, Cloud HCM, ERP, etc.).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and priorities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure alignment of skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- CRM & ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company professionally in the SAP and Oracle talent communities.
- Data & Insights: Provide regular reporting on market trends, candidate availability, and pipeline progress.
- Proven experience in technology recruitment, ideally within ERP markets (SAP / Oracle).
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and project delivery lifecycles.
- Demonstrated success in delivering high volumes of quality candidates against tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM/ATS systems).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Up to £32,000 basic + commission.
