Talent Acquisition Specialist – Data Centre Location: East London (5 days on site, no hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary:  Up to £75,000 + bonusOur Client are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist  from a Data Centre background who wants to be insrumental in attracting and retaining exceptional professionals as part of a large scale growth project based in East London. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams across our technology, operations, and corporate functions, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment — ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic collaboration and hands-on recruitment execution.Key Responsibilities 
                            - Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
 - Proactively source, screen, and engage top talent across technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and finance roles.
 - Manage the full recruitment process, from advertising and shortlisting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
 - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, etc.).
 - Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and professionalism at every stage.
 - Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
 - Support employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice within the financial technology and data sectors.
 - Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
 
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within financial services, data centres, or technology infrastructure environments.
 - Strong knowledge of the technology and financial services talent markets.
 - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
 - Proficiency in modern recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, sourcing platforms).
 - Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
