We’re partnering with a well-established global AdTech business to hire an exceptional commercial seller to drive revenue growth across London’s independent digital media agencies.

We’re open to talent at Senior Sales Executive through to Account Director level, with the key requirement being that you are an established, successful seller into London-based independent agencies with current, hands-on experience and a reputation for delivering results.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role for someone who can hit the ground running from day one—comfortable picking up the phone, opening doors quickly, organising meetings early, and using an existing agency network to generate immediate commercial momentum.

The Role

  • Own, develop, and grow revenue from London independent digital media agencies
  • Build strategic partnerships and unlock new business opportunities across programmatic, media, and data solutions
  • Deliver consultative, solution-led AdTech sales that drive measurable client outcomes
  • Collaborate with global product and account teams to maximise client success and retention
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets in a fast-moving, competitive market
  • What We’re Looking For

    • Current experience selling AdTech solutions into London independent digital media agencies (essential)
    • Seniority ranging from Senior Sales Executive to Account Director, with proven commercial success
    • An active network/black book of London independent agencies
    • Demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
    • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
    • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven
