We’re hiring on behalf of an established and fast‐growing AdTech company that’s powering programmatic innovation across global markets. They’re looking for a German‐speaking Programmatic Sales professional to help expand and deepen relationships across Germany‐based agencies, brands, and SSP partners.. all from their London office.

The Role

As a Programmatic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the German market by managing and expanding relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and growing relationships with Germany‐based media agencies, direct brands, and SSP partners
• Driving programmatic revenue across display, video, CTV, and data‐driven solutions
• Identifying new commercial opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Working closely with Trading, Product, and Client Success teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Representing the business at industry events and meetings (occasional travel to Germany)
• Providing market feedback to influence product development and strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in programmatic sales, digital media sales, or AdTech partnerships
• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, data)
• Experience selling into agencies and/or brands in the German market
• Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship‐building skills
• Comfortable working in an international, fast‐paced environment
