Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong Digital Strategy,Performance Planning/ Biddable Background.
  • Background in digital strategy, media, adtech, performance marketing
  • Experience operating within media agencies, technology-led marketing businesses, or digital transformation environments
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, audience strategy, analytics, and performance optimisation
  • Commercially focused with strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling, technology-driven businesses
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect data, creativity, and commercial outcomes
  • Interest or experience in AI-driven marketing and automation is highly advantageous
