Key Responsibilities of the role
- Lead strategic planning across digital media, programmatic, and performance marketing initiatives
- Develop commercial growth strategies for both clients and internal business expansion
- Act as a senior strategic advisor to key stakeholders and partners
- Translate market trends, audience insights, and performance data into actionable recommendations
- Work closely with product, analytics, media, and commercial teams to align strategy with technology capabilities
- Drive innovation across AI-enabled media planning and optimisation
- Support new business development, pitch strategy, and client growth opportunities
- Build strategic frameworks that improve campaign effectiveness, scalability, and ROI
- Mentor and develop strategic talent within the business
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong Digital Strategy,Performance Planning/ Biddable Background.
- Background in digital strategy, media, adtech, performance marketing
- Experience operating within media agencies, technology-led marketing businesses, or digital transformation environments
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, audience strategy, analytics, and performance optimisation
- Commercially focused with strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling, technology-driven businesses
- Strategic thinker with the ability to connect data, creativity, and commercial outcomes
- Interest or experience in AI-driven marketing and automation is highly advantageous
