Regional Agency Sales Manager – Manchester

We’re working with one of our longstanding AdTech clients to hire a Regional Agency Sales Manager based out of their Manchester office.

This is a senior, commercially focused role with a full-stack programmatic video and CTV platform, well established in the UK market and highly regarded by agencies for both technology and service.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for owning and growing agency revenue across Manchester and the wider Northern region, acting as the face of the business to key digital agency partners.

This is a hands-on sales role combining new business, account growth, and senior agency relationship management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and expanding senior relationships with digital and media agencies across Manchester and the North
  • Driving revenue through programmatic video and CTV solutions
  • Managing and growing a defined patch of agency accounts
  • Identifying new agency opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships
  • Working closely with internal teams (trading, product, client services) to deliver best-in-class campaigns
  • Representing the business at industry events and agency meetings across the region

About You

You’ll be a proven AdTech sales professional with deep agency experience in the Northern market.

We’re looking for:

  • Extensive experience selling AdTech solutions into digital/media agencies
  • Strong track record in programmatic, video, and ideally CTV
  • Established relationships with agencies in Manchester and the wider Northern region
  • A consultative, commercially sharp sales approach
  • Comfortable working autonomously while being part of a collaborative sales team
  • Based in (or able to regularly work from) Manchester
