The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be a key commercial driver across the UK agency ecosystem — with a strong focus on deepening relationships within one or more London-based Network Agencies. While the UK will be your main patch, experience collaborating with international agency teams will be a real advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Shape and deliver a sales strategy to grow agency investment and increase market share
- Build and nurture strong relationships across key network agency groups
- Spot, develop, and convert new business opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline
- Deliver value through consultative, insight-led conversations
- Represent the company as a trusted partner within the UK media landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client service
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of digital advertising sales experience
- Strong existing connections within one or more London-based Network Agencies
- A proven record of meeting revenue goals and driving new business
- Solid understanding of programmatic and digital media solutions
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded, entrepreneurial, and able to work autonomously
