Role Overview

As a Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimising digital workplaces for clients using Microsoft's suite of tools and services. Your expertise will help clients enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Design and develop technical solutions using Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Modern Work solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide ongoing support and user training to facilitate adoption.
- Lead the technical delivery of solutions, ensuring they meet architecture and customer requirements.
- Document project activities and best practices for future reference.
- Stay current with Microsoft Modern Work innovations, supported by training resources and certification funding.
- Collaborate with other technical consultants on product support and development of additional service offerings.

Skills and Experience

Core Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Proven ability to design and implement technical solutions using Microsoft Modern Work tools.
- Strong understanding of modern workplace trends and best practices.
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SPFX and custom SharePoint solutions.
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical consultancy role.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in migrating clients to the cloud using Microsoft technologies.
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 applications or Azure.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (Power Automate, PowerShell).
- Experience with React and AngularJS.
