Security Program Manager (Contract) | London (3 days/week)

£120,000 - £130,000 + bonus / 2 days from home.

A leading London Market Specialty Insurer is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead and coordinate key cybersecurity initiatives. You will design and deliver the organisation’s cybersecurity program, manage cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensure alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the cybersecurity program, including onboarding new capabilities.
• Track cyber risks, remediation plans, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead security projects, oversee resources, and produce program-level reporting for senior leadership.
• Promote a strong security culture across the organisation.

Requirements:

• Proven program management experience within London insurance or financial services.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2) and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, DORA, FCA, Lloyd’s Principles).
