A growing investment firm is seeking an eFront & Systems Analyst to take ownership of the core investment management platform and support broader system integration and reporting initiatives. This is a key role in optimising workflows, improving data quality, and enhancing reporting capabilities across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the in-house eFront expert, managing configuration, user access, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support data accuracy, reporting, and dashboard creation for Finance, Deal, IST, and Compliance teams.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements across operations and finance.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage system integrations with internal and outsourced platforms.
• Contribute to strategic technology initiatives, including automation and BI enhancements.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with eFront is a must
• Strong data and systems analysis skills; SQL experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with finance, fund accounting, or loan operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics for business users.
