eTrading Business Analyst Java, Trading, Real Time, Process Mapping, Development, Analysis, Front Office Financial Services, Permanent Up to 85,000 Base + Bonus

My Client, a leading global investment bank is seeking an exceptional hands-on eTrading Business Analyst to join a front-office aligned team in London on a permanent basis.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to define products and requirements and collaborating with senior engineers to ensure solutions meet business objectives. You should be comfortable reading and reviewing code (especially Java or other OOP languages), participating in code reviews, and providing technical input though not necessarily writing production code. Experience with real-time trading systems and UI design from a product perspective is highly valued.

Ideal Profile:

• Technical BA with proven development expertise, able to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Prior Experience working within a Front Office Environment is Desirable
• Strong ability to read and understand Java or other object-oriented code, identify issues, and suggest improvements to enhance performance, maintainability, and code quality.
• Experience working in a Real Time eTrading Environment
• Effective stakeholder engagement and product definition skills, including Front Office Traders
